SUPPORT YOUR TRAILS!

Funding for Recreational Trails continues to be threatened, especially by the Transportation Bill being developed in the House of Representatives.  Trails need your support now!

Funding for all kinds of trails is threatened in the new Transportation Bill that is making its way through Congress.  Here are some resources for those interested in helping to support trails.  We urge you to contact your Congressmen and tell them you support trail funding.

These funding programs provide an important lifeline for trail projects (including hiking trails, accessible trails, rail trails and other multi-use trails) throughout the country.Many of our most favorite trails have benefited from RTP (Recreational Trail Funding) funding in the past and continue to do so.  Removing this funding would effectively end trail development and improvement in many areas.
