To get to Bash Bish Falls from Taconic State Park in NY, the trailhead parking is located on Route 344 just to the east of the Village of Copake Falls, New York. From the parking lot/trailhead, it's an approximately 3/4 of a mile long hike to Bash Bish Falls.

At Bash Bish Falls, there's a viewing area above the falls, and you can take a short trail and staircase down to the base of the falls. You'll return the same way you came for a total of a 1.5 mile hike.
