Hiking to recover from a broken knee

Back in October Moe broke his knee. Since then it has been a process to get him back on the trails. For much of the fall and winter, he's been off the trails and off the YouTube grid, as we both worked on his recovery. 

Five months after the break, he's beginning to hit the trails. Here's a training hike we took attempting to summit Ashokan High Peak. We didn't make the summit, but Moe still hiked more than 7 miles and climbed more than 1300' of vertical elevation.
